Top Five Winners

1st Place (Tie) Lael and Gabriella Acfalle – A First and Third grader of Marcial Sablan Elementary School tied for First Place overall in the PBS Guam Family Read-a-Thon which took place from August 30-September 16, 2016.  Both sisters were awarded ten percent of their total pledges submitted to PBS Guam.  They each received a Fujifilm in-stax mini 8 film camera; $20 gift certificate from TGIFriday’s; $25 gift certificate from Twinkles; $30 gift certificate from Tony Roma’s; PBS Kids stickers and a children’s book; PBS shirt; Curious George goody bag; and a value pack from Burger King.  Presenting the award pictured left to right are: Brenda Bautista (PBS Read-a-Thon Coordinator); Cheryl Crueldad (Gabby’s teacher); Riza Raymundo and Noel Metra, Micronesian Brokers, Inc.
